Bistro on Spruce

img_9042-1 The Bistro on Spruce located at 1710 N. Fourth, here in town, is a great family resturant. There Chef Everett Fees always has something new and exciting planned for the evenings dinner.

One of specialties served at the bistro, is the Spicy Plum Duck Breast. This pan seared, basted and then finally roasted duck, is served ever so elegantly with a spicy Asian plum varnish, bubbling over with calrose, sauteed with garlic, shallot and soy.

This fine establishment, servers a smorgousboard of wines, both imported and national. With a group conference room, able to be rented out for meetings, this super club atmosphere gives the customer the impression of a european dining.

The bistro caters for a great variety of events, as well as dines in house.  This relaxed enviroment is great for wine tasting events, private parties, and other events.

The Talus Pinot Noir, red wine hailing from France, has a fruity smooth flavor, much desired by wine tasters abroad. Come in to this resturant and encounter what the chef has to offer.

The rating i would give for Coeur d’Alene’s rating dining, a four out of five stars.
