North Idaho is the land of huckleberries. I mean real huckleberries. I grew up in the Seattle area around beautiful hills and mountains full of amazing pine forests. In these forests we had these tall bushes with little red dots on them. Those dots we called huckleberries. The huckleberries were always sour and you could probably pick them your whole life and
