Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy:
We accept returns on non-clearance / non-sale clothing only, as long as it is within 30 days of purchase. Items must also be in an unused and unwashed condition.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us*. However, if you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged product back to you.
Again, we will only accept clothing in unused and unwashed condition.
To begin a return or exchange, please ship the product back with the following information:
1. Printed packing slip and/or note with your order number, name, phone number, email address
2. Please indicate if you would like a refund or exchange for a different size
3. If exchanging for a different size, please indicate the size that you would like.
4. If you would like a refund, please state your reasons and indicate whether you would prefer store credit or a refund.
